For the handhelds to properly work with the docking stations you are using, you need an accessory adapter. One is included for free, but additional ones will need to be purchased, or 3D printed. Senitrus will provide for the files that the printer will need for free. Otherwise, one could order from Senitrus, but the shipping will likely be more than the adapter. One might want to buy adapters when they buy the phone, or buy the item that requires the adapter.
